Experteer Overview
In this role, you support the Contracts and Risk Manager by helping manage commercial frameworks and delivering contract management across project teams. You provide NEC contract guidance, assist with framework development, and help roll out training and best practices. You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliant, high‑quality contract delivery and continuous improvement. The role offers exposure to environmental projects and opportunities to shape commercial standards within a collaborative team.

• Support development, procurement and mobilisation of commercial frameworks
• Assist with preparation and review of contract docs, guidance and tools
• Provide NEC contract expertise to project teams and live frameworks
• Develop and deliver training, templates and best practice guidance
• Support commercial capability initiatives and stakeholder engagement
• Maintain commercial resources and communications via SharePoint and Viva Engage
• Collect, analyse and present data to support continuous improvement
• Support governance activities including meeting coordination, approvals and action tracking




• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective framework and contract management

Responsabilidades
• Experience in framework or contract management, preferably in infrastructure, construction, FCRM or environmental programmes
• Identify and monitor risks; raise concerns with clear factual information
• Collect and organise feedback and support improvements
• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise
• Effective communication and teamwork; build positive relationships
• Strong written communication; proficient with MS Office and reporting/drafting documentation
• membership in recognized professional bodies (e.g., ICE, IMechE, CIWEM, MAPM, CIPS, MRICS) or equivalent training; NEC4 knowledge
