We want to hear from you!Puede obtener más detalles sobre la naturaleza de esta vacante y lo que se espera de los solicitantes leyendo la información a continuación.Company specializing in the development and manufacturing of complex generic pharmaceuticals located in Sant Boi de Llobregat.Your functions:-Own and manage the DMS, QMS and LMS application landscape throughout its lifecycle.-Ensure application availability, performance, reliability and compliance.-Coordinate and manage upgrades, releases, patches and system changes.-Lead the resolution of complex incidents and perform root cause analyses and take preventive measures?.-Manage relationships with external vendors and monitor service levels and performance.-Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams and suppliers.-Translate business requirements into functional solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.-Manage user access, permissions and security in accordance with company policies.-Develop and maintain application documentation,



procedures and training materials.-Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to end users and colleagues.Your requeriments:-Bachelor's degree (BSc) in IT, Information Management, Computer Science or a related field.-Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in application management, functional management or a comparable role.-Experience with DMS, QMS, LMS or other regulated business-critical applications.-Experience with vendor management and project-based work.-Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage.Your benefits:-Be part of a dynamic work environment based on trust and transparency.-Flexible hours: Monday to Friday: start time between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM; Monday to Thursday: end time between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM; Friday: end time between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM (with 30 minutes to 1 hour for lunch).-Permanent contract. xkdbapo -Hybrid work model / Home office (40%).-Attractive salary package, versátil remuneration plan, and social benefits package.
