Experteer Overview In this role you will own city-hour rider demand forecasts and translate them into actionable allocation and efficiency improvements. You will build dashboards and automate forecasting processes to support scalable decision-making. You’ll work with local teams and operations to validate insights and drive proactive adjustments. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Own city-hour level rider demand forecasts and monitor forecast accuracy • Collaborate with local teams to apply insights to decisions • Create dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key metrics • Automate forecasting processes with input from tech teams • Translate forecasts into actionable rider allocation and planning recommendations • Partner with operations and stakeholders to validate forecasts and adjust proactively • Analyze patterns and anomalies to improve resource planning and service performance Responsabilidades • Bachelor's degree in a related field • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or similar analytical role • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and extract insights • Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio) • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive, self-motivated with ownership mindset • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment Requisitos principales •
