Experteer Overview As a Paid Motion Designer at Factorial, you will scale our performance marketing by producing high-volume motion ads and translating brand essence into compelling visuals. You’ll work with AI-native tools to iterate quickly, grounded in performance data to drive business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional marketing team to ensure consistent brand storytelling across channels. This role combines creative execution with data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment, offering a chance to shape how we attract and engage our audience.
