What You'll Do
Generate Sales Qualified Opportunities through outbound prospecting
Manage a portfolio of German‑speaking accounts and identify high‑potential prospects
Engage decision‑makers, build enthusiasm, and match business needs with suitable digital and cloud solutions
Conduct outbound calls and emails, including cold calling
Keep customer data updated in Salesforce
Work toward individual and team goals related to productivity, conversions, and pipeline development
What You Bring
Native‑level German + fluent English
European Citizenship or European Work Permit
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Some B2B outbound sales or business development experience, ideally within tech/IT




Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts
Strong communication skills, business acumen, and a proactive mindset
Comfortable with quotas in a fast‑paced, phone‑based environment
Good general IT skills;

CRM experience (Salesforce is a plus)
Nice to Have
1+ year of IT outbound prospecting experience
Strong cold‑calling and account management capabilities
Ability to identify key decision‑makers
Knowledge of the DACH market
