Position: Telecommunications OSS Engineer (Traffica / OSIX / Mediation Zone) Location: Madrid, Spain Key Responsibilities Support and administer telecom monitoring and mediation systems. Operate and troubleshoot Linux RedHat 8+ and Windows Server 2019+ environments. Perform integrations and troubleshooting involving mediation systems and network probes.

Analyze telecom traffic flows and signaling protocols. Support data collection, processing, and reporting platforms. Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis.

Technical Requirements Telecom Platforms

Minimum 5 years of relevant telecom experience.



Knowledge of OSIX / Polystar monitoring and probe solutions.

Operating

Systems Linux RedHat 8+ - Installation, Configuration, Administration, Troubleshooting Windows Server 2019+ - Installation, Configuration, Administration, Troubleshooting Telecom & Network Knowledge Strong understanding of mobile and fixed telecom networks.
