Position: Telecommunications OSS Engineer (Traffica / OSIX / Mediation Zone)

Location: Madrid, Spain

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Traffica platforms.

Support and administer telecom monitoring and mediation systems.

Operate and troubleshoot Linux RedHat 8+ and Windows Server 2019+ environments.

Perform integrations and troubleshooting involving mediation systems and network probes.

Analyze telecom traffic flows and signaling protocols.

Support data collection, processing, and reporting platforms.

Collaborate with international support teams and product vendors.

Execute system upgrades, patching, and operational maintenance.

Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Technical Requirements

Telecom Platforms

Minimum 5 years of relevant telecom experience.

Proven experience with Traffica (mandatory).

Knowledge of OSIX / Polystar monitoring and probe solutions.





Experience with Mediation Zone and traffic mediation systems.

Operating Systems

Linux RedHat 8+ - Installation, Configuration, Administration, Troubleshooting

Windows Server 2019+ - Installation, Configuration, Administration, Troubleshooting

Telecom & Network Knowledge

Strong understanding of mobile and fixed telecom networks.

Knowledge of NGN and IMS architectures.

Experience with telecom protocols
