We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Test Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in software testing to join a global delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on international projects, collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams across different regions while ensuring the highest standards of software quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, prepare, and execute test plans and test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to clarify requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
- Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and quality assurance activities within Agile environments.
- Provide clear communication and coordination between Spanish-speaking stakeholders in Madrid and offshore delivery teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within testing and QA processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
- Strong experience working within Agile/SCRUM delivery environments.
- Solid understanding of test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish (mandatory) and good English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multicultural and distributed teams.
