What you will be doingTranslate the L&D; roadmap into an annual learning plan and global delivery calendar.Manage end-to-end delivery of learning and development programmes.Coordinate content vendors, ensuring quality, prioritization and SLA compliance.Oversee LMS operations,



content administration and data integrity.Monitor compliance training completion and escalate risks or gaps.What we’re looking forA proven track record in integral Learning & Development programme management and LMS platforms administration.Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field; postgraduate studies are valued.Strong competencies in project management and data-driven reporting (Power BI/HR Analytics), with a collaborative approach.Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish will be valued.If you believe you have the skills and passion to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
