As Finance

Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of the business, leading accounting,



tax and reporting activities while driving improvements and supporting strategic decision-making. Lead and develop a finance team (+/- 10 people). Lead the external audit process and be the main point of contact Drive cash flow reporting, forecasting and analysis Support M&A; / integration processes Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field ~3–5 years of experience including at least 2 years in external audit (Big 4 or similar) ~ Strong background in financial reporting and accounting operations ~ Fluent English ~ SAP or other ERP experience Opportunity to build and shape a finance structure in a growing division High exposure to senior leadership and international teams Versátil working model and work-life balance
