You translate certification requirements into actionable engineering work, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external labs. - Develop and maintain AI-assisted automation tools for continual security certifications and testing
- Translate certification bodies' requirements (e.G., NIAP, BSI, NIST) into engineering parameters

- Coordinate with production engineering to implement architectural recommendations and address security findings from labsResponsabilidades
- 5+ years in software product development, academia, or FOSS communities
- Strong knowledge of Linux OS, KVM, and containerized virtualization
- Proficient in scripting (Bash, Python) and configuration management (Ansible)
- Experience with Jira and Bugzilla; ability to work within AI-assisted productivity workflows
- Security hardening, cryptographic standards, and compliance frameworks (OVAL, XCCDF, SCAP, STIGs)
- Strong English communication and meticulous compliance documentation
