The new product leverages Factorial's existing customer base and dedicated go-to-market team to pursue rapid growth.Задачи- Take full ownership of major product design initiatives from discovery through implementation.- Define goals, plan a quarterly roadmap, and make strategic design decisions.- Conduct customer research sessions to understand user pains and needs.- Translate insights into simple, elegant, and usable solutions.- Design end-to-end product experiences from early research to high-fidelity interfaces.- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the design process.- Review designs, iterate quickly, and incorporate feedback.- Shape the foundations of the design practice, including processes, standards, and culture.- Mentor junior designers and share experience with the wider team.Требования- Experience designing end-to-end product experiences.- Ability to work effectively with ambiguous problems and take products from zero to one.- Ownership of discovery, design, validation,
