We design and build brands, websites, and digital products for clients who care about long-term brand equity, not just launches.

We are hiring a remote UX/UI Designer based to lead design across client websites, brand systems, and product interfaces.

What you'll do

- Own UX and UI design for client websites and digital products, from wireframes to polished, developer-ready design systems
- Design in Figma and Claude and hand off cleanly to development, or build directly in Claude code when the project calls for it
- Translate brand strategy into interfaces: typography, layout, and visual systems that hold up across a full site, not just a homepage
- Work directly with our creative direction and development team across time zones
- Contribute to brand identity work when projects require it

What we require

- 2+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio of shipped websites and products, ideally in hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands
- Deep,



demonstrable fluency with AI in your design practice. This is a core credential, not a nice-to-have. We expect you to use AI tools daily across research, ideation, prototyping, asset generation, and production, and to show us how in your portfolio or during interview
- Expert-level Figma; working proficiency in Webflow
- Strong typographic and visual judgment. We do restrained, editorial, brand-led design and we expect the same standard from you
- Fluent English; you'll work with international clients and a distributed team
- Based in Barcelona or able to work from Barcelona

Nice to have

- Experience with motion, prototyping tools, or front-end fundamentals
- Spanish or French

How we work Full-time, remote. You'll report to the Creative Director and work alongside designers and developers in Dubai and Europe.

Compensation

$1,300 - $1,500 USD/month, depending on experience.
