Fundraise Up is seeking a UX Researcher to strengthen how UX research informs product decisions across the company. You will lead complex, ambiguous, high-impact studies and build a scalable UX Research practice within the Design team, empowering designers to run independent research with your guidance.
You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Analytics teams, leveraging AI-enabled methods while upholding ethical standards, empathy for nonprofit users, and a strong research quality bar.
