Architect and deliver AI solutions, balancing latency, cost, and accuracy2. Focus on efficiency, continuously seeking optimization opportunities in code and systems3. Own AI observability end-to-end: monitor traces, design evaluation frameworks, and rapidly improve deployed models4. Develop backend and frontend code to integrate AI capabilities into products5. Lead your own project management and roll out initiatives to customers6. Engage with customers to validate new solutions and gather feedbackRequirements1. 2+ years of hands-on experience building production-ready AI systems2. Strong understanding of emerging AI models, research, and real-world usage3. Experience with modern AI-powered development tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar)4. Demonstrated ability to design, debug, and improve end-to-end systems with a product-focused mindset5. Fluent in Spanish and comfortable working in EnglishNice to have1. Experience with AI observability platforms (e.G., langfuse: tracing, metrics, evaluations for LLM applications/agents)2. Expertise in designing and running evaluations3. Familiarity with multimodal LLMs, especially vision models for OCR document understanding4.



Experience building and orchestrating multi-agent systems5. Knowledge of RAG systems and vector databases6. Experience designing or working with MCPsTech stack1. TypeScript, Python, langfuse, PostHog, Google Cloud Platform, mastra, Postgres, MongoDB, and various AI providersWe offer1.
