- Establish and maintain a tax review schedule aligned with Belgian regulatory calendars.
- Analyse specific tax compliance topics, including non-deductible expenses, VAT, withholding taxes and other relevant Belgian tax matters.
- Produce accurate and structured tax documentation and ensure its communication within the Group.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardisation of tax compliance processes.

D. International Tax Team Support

- Work closely with the other members of the Tax Team and provide support on international and cross-border tax matters.
- Contribute to international tax compliance topics where Belgian entities or Belgian tax considerations are involved.
- Support the Tax Team on relevant international tax matters, including ATAD, transfer pricing and cross-border taxation.
- Collaborate with local tax advisors, fiduciaries and finance teams across the countries in which the Group operates.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and a consistent approach to tax compliance across the Group.

E. Legislative & Regulatory Monitoring

- Actively monitor developments in Belgian tax legislation and practice.
- Anticipate their potential impact on the Group’s Belgian activities and compliance obligations.

- Follow relevant international and European tax developments in collaboration with the other members of the Tax Team.
- Ensure that relevant regulatory developments are appropriately communicated and reflected in the Group’s tax compliance processes.

Your Profile

- Education: Master’s degree in law or economics, complemented by a degree or postgraduate qualification in Taxation.
- Experience: 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in taxation and/or tax compliance, ideally acquired within a tax law firm, a Big Four or similar tax advisory firm, and/or a corporate tax environment.
