Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects, aligning work with Sulzer’s strategic priorities. You will partner with business and IT leaders to shape demand, govern programs, and ensure timely delivery within budget. You’ll maintain clear documentation and reporting, while fostering continuous improvement across project tools and processes. You join a global IT team focused on delivering value and supporting Sulzer’s ambition for a more sustainable society. You will act as a trusted advisor to business units, championing execution excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead execution of multiple IT projects ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence; manage interdependencies
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and leadership dashboards
• Apply and promote consistent PM methodologies, tools, and reporting standards
• Stakeholder management: build relationships with business and IT leaders; lead project steering committees
• Lead demand management: capture, evaluate, prioritize business requirements; enable decision-making on project selection and resource allocation
• Support vendor selection, contract management, and performance tracking; assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
• Drive operational excellence:



improve project delivery efficiency and simplify processes/tools
• Contribute to Sulzer Core Ambition Program ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; mentor junior PMs; promote OneSulzer culture and entrepreneurial mindset

Responsabilidades
• 9+ years of IT/business experience
• At least 5 years in team management/leadership roles
• Strong experience with project management methods and governance
• Solid knowledge of operating models (Ops Models)
• Proven IT or project financial management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience in change management and translating technical solutions to business terms
• Strategic thinker with execution bias
• Comfort with a dynamic, multicultural environment
• Ability to challenge status quo and promote OneSulzer mindset
