In this role you own and grow your territory to drive the smoke-free vision, building trusted retailer partnerships and ensuring our brands are available and visible at the point of sale. You translate territory insights into targeted commercial plans, balancing smoke-free and combustible portfolios while executing the Commercial Cycle. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own and manage the territory as a business, driving growth for smoke-free brands (IQOS, VEEV, ZYN)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers and trade partners
• Analyze territory dynamics to identify opportunities and develop targeted commercial plans
• Ensure product availability, on-shelf visibility, and effective in-store execution
• Deploy all activities in the Commercial Cycle across portfolio (smoke-free and combustible)




• Prevent out-of-stocks and optimize portfolio management to maximize consumer impact
• Translate strategy into tangible results at the point of sale across the territory

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree
• English B2 level or higher
• Native or near-native Spanish
• Valid driving license for Spain (≥1 year)
• Valid EU work authorization
• Strong negotiation and results-driven mindset
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to analyze business information and translate insights into action
• Sales, trade marketing, or B2B experience is a plus
