The Senior Financial Controller will be responsible for a number of international companies within the portfolio, with the objective of coordinating and supporting the administrative and financial functions in close collaboration with the local finance leads. Your responsibilities * Follow up on and coordinate the monthly and annual financial closing processes of the various entities. * Take responsibility for the monthly internal management reporting of the assigned business units, including analysis, interpretation, and documentation of monthly results. * Further define and implement KPI reporting (Power BI), including Price / Volume / Mix analyses. * Prepare periodic business reviews. * Prepare materials for Board of Directors and shareholders’ meetings. * Coordinate the annual budgeting process and interim forecasts. * Support the monthly consolidation process and follow up on differences between local GAAP and IFRS reporting. * Support the Group’s buy & build strategy and the integration of newly acquired companies into the Group. * Conceptually develop new analyses and dashboards. * Support and mentor more junior colleagues. * Participate in ad hoc projects and analyses, such as investment analyses, ERP support, and strategic initiatives. Your profile * Master’s degree in a financial or economic discipline (e.g. Economics, Business Administration, Commercial Sciences).



* 8–12 years of experience in a similar, broad-based role within an international environment. * Broad technical expertise across multiple areas of financial management, such as controlling, management reporting, and financial process optimization. * Fluent in English and Spanish * Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and Power BI (or other BI tools). * System-minded, with a strong interest in ERP environments. * Strong analytical skills. * Communicative team player. * Hands-on, accountable, and result-driven. * A motivated self-starter. * Adaptable and willing to travel occasionally. * Pragmatic and comfortable working in a decentralized organisation with an entrepreneurial culture.
