Experteer Overview
In this role you will autonomously manage core treasury operations, focusing on liquidity, cash management, and public sector financing. You’ll bridge Group Risk, Accounting and Regulatory Reporting to maintain audit readiness and operational stability. You will execute money market activities, oversee central bank operations, and drive cross-functional product and reporting initiatives using SQL. This position offers high autonomy, exposure to cutting-edge tech, and opportunities to shape treasury strategy in a fast-paced digital bank.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Trade execution and portfolio management for short-term and money market positions, with emphasis on public sector financing and Repo/Reverse Repo activities
• Oversee liquidity and reserve management, including Bundesbank cash pooling, Eurosystem reserve requirements, overnight deposits, and short-term hedging
• Lead payment systems and central bank operations as deputy for critical infrastructure (Target, ESMIG, MACCS) and manage central bank accounts
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance,
reinforcing First Line of Defense (1LoD)
• Drive New Product Process (NPP) implementations, vendor onboarding, banking system enhancements, and automated reporting solutions using SQL
Responsabilidades
• Strong treasury operations and liquidity management background
• Hands-on Repo/Reverse Repo and hedging experience preferred
• Bloomberg front office tools expertise required
• Experience with payment and settlement systems (Target, ESMIG, MACCS)
• Data querying skills (SQL)
• Deep understanding of Eurosystem frameworks, reserve requirements, and European banking regulations (MaRisk, CRR III, KWG)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and work autonomously
