Experteer Overview In this role you contribute to the global employee relations framework and drive effective ER programs. You will deliver communications, support performance management, and provide expert ER consultation across all HP regions. You’ll develop training and guidance for managers, ensure compliance with employment laws, and manage complex investigations and escalations. You engage with cross-functional stakeholders to evolve policies and practices, shaping a compliant, people-focused workplace. - Lead medium to high complexity investigations and coordinate with stakeholders for timely closure
- Develop disciplinary risk assessments and keep policies and documentation up to date
- Contribute to evolution of the global ER framework, including programs, policies, procedures and system enhancements
- Create and deliver employee communications on talent management initiatives and ER updates
- Provide consultation and guidance on performance management, including reviews and improvement plans




- Act as expert ER consultant for complex HR escalations while ensuring legal and policy compliance
- Stay updated on employment laws and provide compliance guidance to management and staff
- Develop and deliver training for employees and managers on diversity, conflict resolution, communication, and workplace conduct
- Partner with employment law, integrity councils, and HR to review findings and recommendations
- Represent the organization in tribunal or mediation cases and support relations with employee representative groupsResponsabilidades
- Seven to ten years of experience in Employee Relations or related HR fields
- Experience with investigations, case management, and policies development
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external bodies
- Bachelor or Graduate Degree in relevant field
