- Bachelor/Master in Industrial/Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, BPM, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis, or Transformation Programs
- Proven track record in mapping, analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end processes
- Experience in regulated environments with emphasis on process compliance, governance, and risk management
- Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills; proficient in process mapping; familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Visio, Power BI, Copilot, OneNote, MS Lists) and Oracle Database (SQL) is a plusRequisitos principales
