Experteer Overview In this role you guide large-scale Su0026amp; OP and operations transformations for PE-backed portfolio companies, leveraging digital tools and AI to boost planning performance. You will collaborate with PE deal teams and executives to shape value-creation programs across the supply chain. The position combines strategic design with hands-on execution, driving adoption of next-gen planning capabilities. - Lead end-to-end Su0026OP process design and transformation to align demand, supply, and commercial functions
- Diagnose planning, forecasting, and execution inefficiencies and identify digitalisation/AI opportunities
- Develop and implement advanced planning solutions (scenario modelling, predictive analytics, automation)
- Drive data-driven improvements using AI/ML and digital dashboards for faster, informed decisions
- Partner with client leadership to embed modern Su0026OP capabilities across organisations




- Identify and quantify value creation across supply chain planning, inventory, service levels, and working capital
- Lead transformation programmes from design through execution with sustainable AI/digital adoption
- Manage client relationships and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for PE sponsors and portfolio companiesResponsabilidades
- Extensive experience in Su0026OP, supply chain planning, or operational transformation
- Proven record delivering digital transformation or AI-enabled projects in supply chain/ops
- Strong understanding of Su0026OP frameworks and IBP
- Experience with PE sponsors/portfolio companies is desirable
- Exposure to advanced analytics, AI/ML, or digital planning tools (e.G., Kinaxis, o9, SAP IBP)
- Ability to interact with senior stakeholders including C-suite and operating partners
