Role Overview

We are hiring a Web3 Fund Allocation Specialist to support fund allocation research, digital asset analysis, market intelligence, and investment-focused reporting across Web3 and cryptocurrency markets. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Spain focused on Web3 fund allocation, crypto market research, digital asset portfolios, DeFi opportunities, and blockchain finance.

The Web3 Fund Allocation Specialist will monitor digital asset markets, evaluate allocation themes, support fund strategy research, and prepare insights across Bitcoin, Ethereum, DeFi protocols, stablecoins, tokenized assets, blockchain infrastructure, and crypto-native financial products. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in Web3 investing, crypto funds, digital asset allocation, DeFi, market research, and emerging financial technology.

What You’ll Do

- Research Web3 funds, cryptocurrency markets, digital asset ecosystems,



DeFi protocols, stablecoins, tokenized assets, and fund allocation opportunities
- Monitor token performance, liquidity conditions, capital flows, volatility, market cycles, investor sentiment, macro trends, and Web3 ecosystem developments
- Support fund allocation research, portfolio exposure analysis, asset allocation strategy, risk awareness, market positioning, and opportunity evaluation across crypto markets
- Prepare allocation research notes, market intelligence updates, fund summaries, digital asset briefs, investment reports, and strategy materials
- Track developments across crypto funds, DeFi platforms, tokenized finance, Web3 startups, regulatory updates, institutional adoption, and on-chain activity
- Evaluate allocation opportunities across Bitcoin, Ethereum, DeFi, stablecoins, tokenized assets, layer-1 and layer-2 networks, and crypto-native products
- Collaborate with team members on fund research, market intelligence, portfolio analysis, DeFi strategy, and digital asset investment projects
- Maintain organized research files, allocation trackers, market dashboards, token watchlists, fund notes, and Web3 intelligence resources

What We’re Looking For

- Strong interest in Web3 fund allocation, cryptocurrency investing, digital assets, DeFi, fund strategy,



and blockchain finance
- Familiarity with crypto markets, fund research, investment analysis, token analysis, DeFi protocols, blockchain networks, or digital asset ecosystems
- Understanding of liquidity, capital flows, volatility, market cycles, investor sentiment, portfolio exposure, risk factors, and digital finance concepts
- Familiarity with TradingView, blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, DeFi dashboards, portfolio tools, spreadsheets, or investment research platforms is a plus
- Strong research, analytical, communication, organizational, financial modeling, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to explain allocation themes, crypto market trends, DeFi opportunities, investment risks, and fund strategy insights clearly
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple fund research and allocation priorities
- Previous experience in investment research, crypto research, fund analysis, DeFi, fintech, asset management, portfolio analysis, or Web3 projects is helpful

Compensation

Salary range: €85,000 - €100,000 per year depending on experience
