This role is central to maintaining data integrity, improving reporting quality, and helping Colleague Resources teams make informed decisions across general operations.

You’ll design and maintain Workday reports, analyse complex HR datasets, support system administration and releases, and translate business needs into practical reporting solutions. Working with international HRIS, Colleague Resources, IT, and business stakeholders, you’ll combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain Workday reports ranging from simple operational reports to matrix, trended, and composite reports.
- Deliver meaningful HR metrics, trends, dashboards, charts, and analytical insights to support Colleague Resources operations and decision-making.
- Translate business requirements into clear, scalable, and user-friendly reporting solutions.
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, data discrepancies, improvement opportunities, and areas for partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Support HRIS administration through group data updates, imports, exports, data clean-up, and investigation of data quality issues.
- Contribute to Workday releases, upgrades, implementations, and functional testing, ensuring reporting continuity and process quality.
- Act as a liaison between HRIS and functional teams,

combining system knowledge with an understanding of HR processes and business priorities.
- Coordinate reporting guidance and training, and respond to stakeholder questions in a clear and practical way.
- Engage with the Workday Community, monitor relevant developments, and share useful insights with Colleague Resources leadership.
- Ensure reporting and data-handling activities align with security, privacy, and data governance standards.

The skills you will have when you apply

- Strong Workday reporting experience – hands-on experience creating and maintaining custom reports, including matrix, trended, and composite reports, using Workday Report Writer and standard reporting functionality.
- Data analytics capability – experience analysing complex datasets, identifying trends and discrepancies, and presenting meaningful metrics and insights; knowledge of data mining, operational analytics, data models, and SQL is preferred.
- HRIS and systems understanding – strong knowledge of Workday administration, data integrity, reporting processes, and HR systems, with the ability to support testing, releases, and process improvements.
- Advanced Microsoft tools – strong Excel capability, including formulas and macros, together with proficiency in PowerPoint and Visio.
- Business analysis and problem-solving – able to translate requirements into functional solutions, investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable improvements.
- Clear communication and stakeholder partnership – able to explain data and technical topics in a simple, practical way,

deliver presentations, coordinate training, and build effective relationships with HRIS, HR, IT, and business teams.
- International collaboration and adaptability – comfortable working in a global, fast-moving environment, managing priorities, adapting to change, and contributing effectively within a team.

Experience and education

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Five years of related experience, including three years working with database migration and/or integration and large-scale, complex datasets, with a focus on reporting and analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in business operations or human resources is preferred, together with Workday administration, custom reporting, and troubleshooting experience.
- A basic understanding of ServiceNow and case management is an advantage.

Working context

- This role is fully remote and based in Spain or Portugal.
- You will collaborate with international HRIS, Colleague Resources, IT, and business teams across countries and time zones.
- You will help strengthen reporting standards, data quality, and the use of HR analytics to support better business decisions.
