In this role you will manage and monitor workplace technologies, covering end-user devices, virtual desktops, and collaboration tools to ensure stable, secure operations. You will handle advanced incident resolution and drive continual service improvement across the environment. You’ll participate in migrations and upgrades, contribute to high-level design, and evaluate new products to optimize infrastructure.

You will also establish standard operating environments and support user acceptance testing and packaging/patching efforts.

- Provide third-level support: investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex incidents




- Drive continual service improvement plans and execute complex changes; advise on best practices to clients
- Participate in migrations or infrastructure upgrades; review/high-level design documents; evaluate new products and propose infrastructure solutions
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Environments (SOEs)
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with business users
- Application packaging and xugodme patching

Responsabilidades
