Who you are

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Available for a 6-month full-time (or part-time) internship

- Strong interest in the SaaS, Digital, or tech/software industry

- Fluent/Native English level (Mandatory)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe (Photoshop)

- Familiarity with YouTube as a platform; any previous academic or personal experience managing a channel is a big plus

- Comfortable using video-conference tools and eager to learn how to interact with B2B clients

- Passion for Sports and a strong interest in the LATAM landscape and TV rights

- Academic background or basic knowledge of Intellectual Property and sport rights

- Familiarity with SalesForce or any other CRM

- Fluency in any additional languages

What the job involves

- As an Account Management Intern, you will join our Social Video Growth Team for a 6-month internship with real, hands-on responsibility

- You will take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of small accounts, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring they get the most out of our platform
- In addition to managing your own clients, you will assist the senior account management team in optimizing YouTube videos, improving their presence on the platform, and detecting videos on YouTube,



especially soccer-related content

- Manage your own portfolio: Act as the primary point of contact for a designated group of small accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention

- Lead client communication: Conduct active communication with your clients via email and video calls to present results, propose strategies, and resolve doubts

- Assist in finding and claiming content on the platform for larger enterprise accounts

- Support the optimization of YouTube videos (learning about channel structure, SEO, tags, keywords, end cards, etc.)

- Help coordinate monthly recurrent executions through a calendar alongside the Operations Manager

- Keep the CRM updated: Ensure data hygiene and accurate tracking of your portfolio's progress within our CRM (Salesforce)

- Research YouTube´s ecosystem to catch potential clients and trends in the Sports Network
