Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage and evolve a cloud development platform to promote Dev/Ops practices, ensuring resilient, secure, and efficient services. You will collaborate with product teams to improve availability, time-to-value, and deployment quality. The job emphasizes automated, observable cloud architectures and safe production changes, aligning with a zero-unplanned-downtime culture. You will work across regions, driving reproducible releases and modern CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable software delivery.

Responsabilidades
• Technical degree in IT or similar
• Certifications related to area of expertise
• Experience in IT organizations with process-driven solutions
• Proven experience with agile teams and IT automation in large enterprises
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform, Helm, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Experience with code repositories and CI/CD practices (Git, Jenkins, etc.)
• Experience with AWS services and microservices/containers
• Knowledge of Linux administration and databases
• Strong problem analysis, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus
