We are looking for a Business Analyst (3 years of experience) for a five-month Risk & Credits project in Brussels. You will support lending products, services, applications and core credit-related data throughout the credit lifecycle. The role follows a hybrid model with 50% on-site work and 50% homeworking. The start date is as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
- Conduct impact and scenario analyses using product and application knowledge.
- Analyse API-related needs and functional integration flows.
- Discuss application behaviour with Functional Analysts, developers and architects.
- Collect stakeholder needs, validate requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Perform impact analyses covering requirements, dependencies, risks and associated costs.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Process Engineers, Architects, Data Managers, Legal, Compliance and Risk stakeholders.
- Contribute to Agile refinement, feature slicing,
delivery activities and sprint ceremonies.
- Prepare feature test plans and identify participants for User Acceptance Testing.
- Support functional testing, User Acceptance Testing, Business Acceptance Testing and release validation.
- Clarify business requirements during testing and support incident resolution.
Must-Have Requirements
- You have experience in the banking industry.
- You have experience in Risk & Credits and end-to-end knowledge of credit products.
- You have knowledge and experience of Agile methodology.
- You have knowledge of applications supporting business processes and products.
- You have technical affinity with Java-based applications, APIs and process layer configuration.
- You can analyse API-related requirements and functional integration flows.
- English proficiency.
- You have conversational French AND Dutch.
