Experteer Overview In this role you will steer Glovo Spain’s financial health and strategic direction as the key advisor to the General Manager. You’ll lead a high-performing finance team, partnering across operations, marketing, q-commerce, and commercial teams to ensure value generation from initiatives. You will own the Pu0026amp; L, budgeting, forecasting, and business case development, shaping expansion and optimization strategies. You’ll communicate performance insights to C‑level stakeholders and drive process improvements. - Lead a Finance team delivering insights and challenging the status quo

- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly performance reviews
- Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and predictive models
- Partner with central finance, strategy, and data teams for alignment




- Provide financial storytelling and accountability in executive discussions
- Own finance operations roadmap and process improvements with local/global stakeholders
- Oversee treasury and accounting needs and financial policies/statements
- Manage relationships with external auditors, administrations, and consultants
- Represent the country in international forums and contribute to Glovo’s integral playbookResponsabilidades
- 10-15+ years' experience in Finance or equivalent high-impact environments
- Senior leadership experience with full Pu0026L exposure and cross-functional business acumen
- Track record of leading high-performing teams and talent development
- Experience in high-growth, tech, e-commerce, FMCG or marketplace environments
- Background in CFO-track roles in fast-paced companies is a strong plus
