About the Role: They are looking for a Backend Engineer to help design and scale the core systems behind an AI-driven automation platform. You’ll join a small, high-impact engineering team working on event-driven microservices that underpin enterprise-grade AI products. What You’ll Do: * You’ll design, build,



and operate the backend systems behind our agentic automation platform * Design and optimise event-driven systems with Apache Kafka * Contribute to a microservices environment * Collaborate closely with AI teams to integrate LLMs and reasoning engines * Work with GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines and observability tools What You’ll Bring: * Proficiency in Go or Python * Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures * Solid understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering workflows Salary: €65,000-€95,000 + Share options scheme Interview Process: 3 stages Location: Spain / Europe (Remote) Backend Engineer | AI Scale-up | Golang, AWS, Kafka | Up to €95K
