Experteer Overview As Director of Solution Management, you will own the strategy for integrated, end-to-end solutions across the portfolio and align product strategies into a cohesive ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with Product Management Directors to orchestrate cross-domain solutions spanning data, surgical, restorative, manufacturing and digital platforms, delivering measurable customer and business value. The role emphasizes portfolio thinking, solution design, and cross-functional leadership to evolve solutions at scale. - Identify gaps, overlaps and dependencies across the solution ecosystem and address them
- Influence product roadmaps from an end-to-end perspective to support portfolio priorities




- Facilitate alignment and prioritization across Product Management, business units and functions

- Partner with commercial and customer-facing teams to support adoption and value realization
- Define and monitor measures for solution adoption, performance, customer value and business impact
- Identify opportunities for innovation from integrating products, services and capabilitiesResponsabilidades
- Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Dentistry or related field
- Significant experience in Product Management, Solution Management or closely related function
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives on a functional basis
- Experience working across complex, multidisciplinary portfolios and organizational structures
- Experience in medical devices
- Good understanding of software development and Agile ways of working
- Ability to influence across organizational and business-unit boundaries
- Strong strategic, analytical and decision-making skills
- Clear and effective communication, aligning diverse stakeholders
