In this role, you design business-driven, scalable solutions across a unified employee-platform ecosystem. You collaborate with mature engineering teams to transform fragmented portals into a single, cohesive system that meets enterprise standards. You balance user experience, architecture governance, and data models to enable AI-enabled improvements in existing platforms. You drive digital maturity, platform integration, and a frictionless, employee-centric digital workplace. • Design solutions aligned with product requirements, priorities, and enterprise standards within a defined solution context
• Manage non-functional requirements and fitness functions; document and evolve architecture across the product lifecycle
• Articulate vision and maintain roadmaps; assess impacts on capabilities, risk, and application landscape
• Create conceptual and logical data models for solutions and interfaces; drive reference architectures and ADRs
• Explain complex information to stakeholders; foster consensus and information sharing
• Maintain employee-centric mindset with user-research to reduce digital adoption friction
• Map complex employee journeys and unify experiences into intuitive UX/UI
• Ensure ecosystem integration through APIs, data flows, and scalable portal layouts
Responsabilidades
• 3 years of experience in designing xcskxlj business-driven, standards-based solutions within a specific context
• Experience maintaining vision and roadmaps; assessing impacts on risk and application landscapes
• Proficiency in creating conceptual/logical data models and taxonomies/ontologies
• Ability to define reference architectures, patterns, NFRs, and fitness functions
• Experience with APIs, data flows, and UI frameworks; capability to assess external technology trends and vendor options
