- Independently manage complex, cross-functional projects across the Axpo Group from setup and structuring through successful delivery- Lead key workstreams within large, group-wide transformation and strategy projects- Support internal stakeholders in identifying project opportunities and delivering business-critical initiatives- Contribute to the continuous development of the project management organisation and methodologies- Strengthen collaboration and networking across the Group, linking Madrid with other Axpo locations- Drive strategically relevant projects including post-merger integrations, business model transformations and group-wide change programmesRequirements- Master’s degree in business administration, finance,



engineering or natural sciences- At least 7 years of experience in project management and workshop facilitation- Experience preferably at a top-tier consulting firm- Proven track record delivering complex, cross-divisional projects or leading major project streams- Strong communication skills- Analytical and structured mindset- Proactive, hands-on approach- Confidence using AI-supported and digital tools- Business-fluent English, written and spoken, is essential- German is an advantage- Ability to travel flexibly to Baden, Switzerland and other international Axpo sites as project needs requireCore CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects and leading strategic initiatives within a corporate environment.
