- Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits in line with the protocol
- Communicate with site staff including coordinators and physicians
- Verify investigator qualifications, training, facilities, and resources
- Verify medical records and source data against case report forms and ensure adherence to GCP and SOPs
- Ensure enrolling only eligible subjects and perform regulatory document reviews
- Manage device/investigational product/drug accountability and inventory
- Review adverse events and related data for accuracy and compliance
- Assess site recruitment/retention and suggest improvements
- Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up letters with notable findings and recommended actions
Responsabilidades

- Minimum university degree in a health or life science related field
- Approximately 60-80% travel
- Proficient Microsoft Office and general computer literacy xcskxlj
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
