Experteer Overview In this role you drive regional sales growth by leading the local sales organization, expanding existing accounts, and winning new business. You’ll shape regional strategies, budgets, and plans while coaching the sales team and nurturing key customer and supplier relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design-in targets and commercial negotiations. This is a global, fast-moving environment offering growth, training, and exposure to the electronics industry. - Lead and develop the regional sales organisation to achieve sales, contribution margin, and design-in targets
- Drive development of existing customers and acquisition of new business to strengthen regional market position
- Define and implement regional sales strategies, targets, budgets, and business plans in alignment with company objectives
- Manage, coach, and develop the sales team, including target setting, performance reviews, and resource planning




- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and suppliers and support important commercial and price negotiations
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Application Engineering, Internal Sales, Supply Chain, Material Management, Finance, and HRResponsabilidades
- Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally within electronics distribution or a technical environment
- Proven experience in leading and developing sales teams and managing regional sales performance
- Strong commercial understanding with experience in sales planning, budgeting, margin management, and business development
- Confident negotiation and stakeholder-management skills with a strong customer and results orientation
