Experteer Overview
In this role you will be the technical expert for the Cortex portfolio, guiding the design of security solutions that address a customer’s key imperatives. You will evangelize Cortex-driven security intelligence, automation, XDR, SOAR, and incident response, partnering with account teams to win technical validations and PoVs. You’ll lead demonstrations, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and help customers realize value through architecture and design of Cortex-based solutions. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that blends technology leadership with strategic guidance.

• Present as a technical expert across customer levels, from practitioners to executives
• Serve as the main Cortex technical contact for RFIs/RFPs and customer engagements
• Lead and support customer demonstrations to showcase Cortex value

• Architect solutions to strengthen customers' security posture and simplify implementation
• Document High-Level Design and Key Use Cases to enable value realization

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in Security Operations or pre-sales/sales engineering in SIEM/SOAR/SOC/XDR/EDR
• Cloud Security experience
• Proven track record as a technical expert in a similar role
• Experience with senior management and customer-facing problem solving
• Solid understanding of SOC processes and SIEM/SOAR expertise
• Scripting experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel for in-person customer meetings
• Proficient in English
