Experteer Overview In this role you will lead a global PM team (60–70) across multiple hubs to deliver Medical Affairs and Market Access initiatives with consistent, high-quality outcomes. You’ll establish a PM Center of Excellence, standardize methodologies, and drive efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making across geographies. You will partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities and enable rapid, compliant project delivery. This is a shaping role at scale within Sanofi’s SBO Medical function.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead and develop a global team of 40–50 PMs across Bogota, Hyderabad, and potentially Budapest and other BO locations, ensuring delivery excellence
- Establish and run a Project Management Center of Excellence with standardized methodologies and best practices
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches consistently across portfolios and regions
- Ensure consistent delivery quality across geographies and therapeutic areas, including budget management and congress/events activities
- Drive operational excellence and cost optimization via standardization and shared services models
- Develop scalable PM frameworks adaptable to varying project sizes and diseases
- Directly manage Team Leads, provide coaching, performance feedback, and capability-building
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and resource planning to meet evolving needs
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Medical leads, HEVA, and Commercial teams to align PM capabilities with business priorities
- Support budget management processes with financial discipline and transparency
- Create and maintain PM tools, templates, and training; drive governance, KPIs,and reporting
- Lead risk management, escalation handling,



and issue resolution for project delivery
- Identify opportunities for automation and digital enablement to enhance productivity
- Stay aligned with Sanofi quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning for the PM function within SBO MedicalResponsabilidades
- 8–10 years of PM experience in a multinational company (pharma/medical affairs/medical communications a plus)
- Experience managing large, geographically distributed teams (30+ people)
- Knowledge of Medical Affairs and Market Access activities (budget, congress/events, publication planning) is advantageous
- Proven ability to build, scale, and lead centers of excellence or shared service functions
- Experience managing multi-country teams and navigating diverse regulatory environments
- Track record of delivering operational excellence and cost savings through standardization and process optimization
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and related tools
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities in a general setting
- Ability to drive change and continuous improvement across distributed teams
- Analytical mindset with experience defining metrics, KPIs, governance
- Collaborative leadership with coaching and performance management focus
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MSc or scientific field preferred; PMP or equivalent certification highly preferred
