Experteer Overview
In this role you drive Controlling domain design and standardized ERP processes across ABB’s Electrification Service Division, supporting the SAP S/4Hana migration. You lead cross-functional process ownership, governance, and best-practice deployment to achieve end-to-end margin visibility. You collaborate with IS and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, consistent processes and successful ERP transformation. The position offers impact across geographies, with a focus on continuous improvement and change adoption.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own Controlling domain processes, governance, and continuous improvement for Electrification Service Division
• Design standardized templates for controlling-relevant ERP processes: product costing, project structure and accounting, service costing/accounting, profitability analysis
• Establish target operating models for end-to-end margin visibility across dimensions and geographies
• Align requirements across countries and business units for consistent, scalable processes
• Partner with IS/ERP and application owners to ensure processes are supported by appropriate systems




• Lead process implementation including training and best practices sharing
• Support migration to SAP S/4 Hana and align process design with system capabilities in CO, FI, SD, PS, CS
• Collaborate with management to drive process adoption and develop change management communications
• Act as liaison between functional teams, stakeholders, and transformation leadership

Responsabilidades
• 10 years of experience in Management Accounting/Business Controlling in service or manufacturing
• Hands-on expertise in product costing, project structure and accounting, service costing/accounting, profitability analysis
• Strong SAP system understanding in CO, FI, SD, PS, CS; experience with SAP S/4 Hana is a strong advantage
• Project management and change management experience with cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical skills for impact assessment, risk identification, and data-driven decisions
• University degree: Master of Science in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
