They are looking for a Tech Lead to take technical ownership of the backend systems powering an AI-driven automation platform.

You’ll remain hands-on while providing technical direction across a small, high-impact engineering team, helping shape the architecture and future scalability of the platform.

What You’ll Do:
* Own technical direction and architecture across key backend systems
* Design and scale distributed, event-driven microservices using Go, AWS and Kafka
* Lead technical decisions, code reviews and engineering best practices




* Mentor engineers and support the team’s technical development
* Collaborate with AI, Product and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
* Stay hands-on, contributing to complex technical challenges What You’ll Bring:
* Strong backend experience with Go or Python
* Experience with distributed systems, microservices and Kafka
* Proven experience making architectural and technical decisions xsgfvud
* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD
* Strong SQL & NoSQL database knowledge
