David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading international technology and e-commerce company to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Service Sales Representatives in Barcelona or Valencia. The role combines customer service with a commercial and sales-focused approach, supporting customers throughout their buying journey while identifying opportunities to recommend suitable products and maximise sales.

Position: Customer Service Sales Representative

Location: Barcelona or Valencia, Spain

Work model: On-site

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Dutch-speaking customers with product and order-related enquiries

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell where relevant

Provide professional customer service across the required communication channels

Support customers throughout the purchasing process

Work towards individual and team sales and service targets

Maintain accurate customer and sales information within internal systems





Deliver a positive and professional representation of the brand.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent/native-level Dutch

Strong communication and customer service skills

Commercial mindset and comfortable working towards sales targets

Confident speaking with customers and recommending products

Motivated, positive and results-focused

Able to work from Barcelona or Valencia

Previous customer service, retail, telesales or inside sales experience is advantageous.
