As an E-Systems Quality Tools, Process and IDEA Manager, you will lead the digitalization of quality processes across the Europe & Africa region. You will support and develop quality management tools, drive innovative IDEA projects, and enable teams to adopt digital solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and business performance across the E-Systems Quality organization.Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and enhance digital quality platforms,
including Palantir Foundry, SharePoint, Dundas BI, and regional quality tools.Lead digitalization and automation initiatives that improve quality processes, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.Develop and implement innovative IDEA projects that deliver measurable business impact across the Europe & Africa region.Design and deploy new digital solutions to address complex quality and process challenges.Train, coach, and support Quality team members in developing and managing digital tools and projects.Promote the adoption and scalability of successful regional initiatives across multiple plants and functions.Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.Analyze business needs and translate them into practical digital solutions and process enhancements.Monitor tool performance and ensure reliable support for existing platforms
