YOUR MISSION:
Diagnose and repair watches (mainly QS) and support sales interventions.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- - Diagnose and repair watches, primarily focusing on quartz systems, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- - Operate and adjust complex machinery and systems to optimize quality and productivity, generating solutions to complex inefficiencies.
- - Lead day-to-day operations within the store department, providing guidance and support to team members.
- - Deliver complex or nonstandard service operations, occasionally acting as a first-line supervisor for transactional operations.
- - Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment for emergency repairs, and perform preventive maintenance routines to ensure operational efficiency.
- - Provide exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities to secure new business and support customer retention. Responsibilities include processing cases, handling complex queries, and resolving customer issues.
- - Conduct inventory-control management activities following established procedures to maintain accurate stock levels.
- - Adhere to the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies and procedures, identifying and mitigating risks to safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others.
- - Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and codes of conduct, ensuring compliance with mandatory standards.
- - Continuously enhance process and technical skills through participation in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
- - Possess post-secondary non-tertiary education and demonstrate the ability to work independently as an experienced practitioner.
- - Exhibit limited managerial experience, with the capability to lead and support team members effectively.
