Your day-to-day
- Manage end-to-end IT recruiting processes (mostly SAP professionals) for permanent and freelancing positions. Having experience in SAP recruiting is a big plus.
- Help us to connect our clients with exceptional IT professionals by describing job requirements and screening candidates who match.
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, networking, etc.., and helping to increase our IT Specialist network. In this job there is a lot of phone calls and demanding negotiations.
