What Would You Do As Our Finance Manager
As a Finance Manager, you will manage and control overall financial reporting and accounting operations, providing day-to-day support to the business and overseeing financial performance.

You Would Also Be Responsible For
- Ensuring accurate and timely accounting and reporting in line with IFRS and company standards
- Preparing and supervising budgets, forecasts, and management reporting, including KPI analysis and performance tracking
- Driving financial control, risk management, and compliance, including audits and governance processes
- Supporting cash flow optimization, working capital management, and investment monitoring (CAPEX)




- Partnering with stakeholders across the business and supervising local payroll activities and HR administrative support

The Skills And Experience You Need
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling within an international environment
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS and local GAAP) and financial planning & analysis (FP&A;)
- Is comfortable working in a matrix organization and managing multiple stakeholders across regions
- Has strong analytical skills and is able to translate financial data into business insights
- Is fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken), with strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have: experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX and consolidation tools like OneStream.
