In this General Sales Manager role, you drive international growth for SD Worx by identifying new markets and guiding complex, cross-border sales to successful outcomes. You’ll engage with decision-makers across borders and work closely with cross-functional teams to shape solutions for customers. The position offers meaningful impact in expanding our international footprint, with a focus on sustainable, value-driven partnerships. You will collaborate with senior leaders to advance the company’s HR u0026amp; Payroll solutions on a global stage.

Responsabilidades
• Strong sales experience in the HR u0026 Payroll industry
• History of consistently achieving international sales targets
• Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel with a structured approach
• Experience closing complex, cross-border deals with diverse stakeholders and markets
• Interest in technology and consultative, value-based selling
• Strong commercial insight and negotiation skills with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment with a focus on clarity and compliance
• Fluency in English; additional languages c
