We are looking for a Senior Manager, Integral Distribution & Business Development to join an international premium hospitality group, based in Panama.
This is a strategic commercial role for a senior professional with a proven track record in international B2B and B2B2C distribution, particularly across the U.S. and Canadian markets.

We are looking for someone who combines strong commercial skills with deep knowledge of the travel distribution ecosystem and the ability to build, negotiate and develop high-value partnerships with international players.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development of strategic distribution partnerships across priority international markets, with a strong focus on U.S. and Canada.
- Develop and manage relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, consortia, OTAs and other strategic distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term commercial partnerships.
- Lead negotiations covering commercial agreements, contracts, cooperative marketing campaigns and production plans.




- Develop strategic account plans and initiatives to increase production and market share.
- Partner closely with Revenue Management to understand and optimize pricing, channel mix, production and profitability.
- Analyze commercial performance by market and partner and translate data into actionable growth opportunities.
- Represent the organization at international trade shows, roadshows, industry events and senior-level commercial meetings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing and other key stakeholders.

THE IDEAL PROFILE:
- Proven experience in international hotel or travel distribution, business development or strategic partnerships.
- Strong background in luxury hospitality, resorts, all-inclusive or international hotel groups is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of FIT/leisure distribution and the travel trade ecosystem.
