At Avenga, we are actively seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to strengthen our team and play a key role in delivering strategic business and technology initiatives. In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget. As a trusted partner to business and technology stakeholders, you will drive effective governance, risk management, and value realization while coordinating collaboration across product, engineering, architecture, security, and operations teams. This is you
- Bachelor's degree in Business,
Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of project management experience
- Proven experience delivering complex technology projects
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and project portfolio management tools
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an advantage
- Experience managing digital transformation initiatives is an advantage
- Exposure to AI, cloud, and modern software engineering environments is a plus
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinking and strong financial management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong risk management and decision-making capabilities
- Corporate/enterprise environment experience is highly valued
