About the role:





The Sales Support manages the day-to-day administrative activities of the sales team so that the organization's sales force is effectively supported and all sales transactions are processed efficiently, accurately and economically. Supports Regional Account Managers required depending on business needs, further, the incumbent is responsible to address customer needs and questions and work with Barry Callebaut resources to ensure timely follow-up.

Key responsibilities:
- Support Regional Account Managers in day-to-day commercial activities.
- Prepare quotations and book customer contracts.
- Monitor and maintain contract records and documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and commercial requests, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Coordinate NPI requests and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in Salesforce.
- Create and manage new customer accounts.
- Coordinate sample requests, catalogues, and other commercial materials.
- Support commercial negotiations and customer relationship management.
