Your Mission:
As a Customer Experience Manager at ProspectBase, you will oversee the client relationship from initial onboarding through renewal and expansion, managing a dedicated book of accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale. Collaborating closely with our Sales and Marketing Operations teams, you will oversee the setup and execution of digital advertising and content syndication campaigns, while acting as a trusted advisor on our clients' account-based marketing (ABM) programs.



Your role will involve proactive engagement across internal departments to ensure seamless campaign execution and continued value realization for our clients. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, are driven by results, and possess a penchant for process improvement, this role is perfect for you.

What You'll Do:
· Understand and document client goals, KPIs, and business outcomes in ongoing collaboration with Sales
· Lead the setup and operational execution of display advertising and lead generation campaigns
· Create and maintain success plans to track progress against client goals, providing proactive, data-driven guidance throughout the partnership
· Work closely with clients, Sales, and Marketing Ops to optimize strategies and ensure timely campaign implementation for B2B advertiser clients
· Foster strong relationships with Campaign Operations to facilitate smooth handoffs from campaign setup to delivery
· Act as a client advocate, removing obstacles
